OTOSTICK
– Cosmetic ear corrector for protruding ears consisting of a transparent, hypoallergenic silicone prosthesis for external use that is attached to the back of the ear and the adjacent part of the head by means of a special adhesive in order to naturally keep the ear in the right position. Painless and with no side effects.
How to use
The product is very easy to use once you get used to put it on.
The ear correctors normally last 1 week after the adjustment period,
When you use Otostick® continuously, you will see the changes in several stages.
STAGE 1:
the ear will resist changing to its new position, now aesthetically correct. Initial adaptation to the use of a new device usually takes 2 to 6 weeks approximately.
STAGE 2:
the ear will resist changing to its new position, now aesthetically correct. Initial adaptation to the use of a new device usually takes 2 to 6 weeks approximately.
RECOMMENDATIONS
What you need to keep in mind when using the product Otostick®:
Someone else should put the product into place.
Clean skin thoroughly before each use. You may need to use an astringent to remove any traces of grease.
The two adhesive sides of the corrector (the one which goes on the ear and the one which goes on the head) should be placed in parallel, without any deviation of one over the other.
Just as it happens with other corrective products, an adjustment period may be required.
Use continuously and properly in order to test the effectiveness of the product.
In some cases you may need to wax the area in order to get a better result.
Use on wet skin can reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive.
Remove the corrector once a week so as to clean and moisturize exposed skin thoroughly.
Use a cotton swab impregnated with body oil or skin moisturizer to remove the corrector. Lift the edge of the corrector and gradually get the swab between the skin and the corrector (under the corrector) until it has been completely removd. Repeat the same process on both sides of the corrector.
Room temperature during placement should be 25 °C approximately, otherwise the adhesive may not set properly, thus resulting in lasting less time.
Keep placement temperature for several hours, after which time the product will withstand a rise in temperature and contact with water.
SOME PRECAUTIONS
Do not use on wounds, sunburnt or irritated skin.
Use each corrector once only. If you get a rash or skin irritation discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use in children under three years of age. It contains small parts that may be swallowed and cause choking.
